H. Alper Memis is the Co-founder and CEO of Picus Security, award-winning Complete Security Validation Platform. Bringing over two decades of experience in international business development and finance, Alper is the driving force behind Picus Security's operational efficiency, strong company culture, and the successful management of global expansion efforts. Prior to Picus Security, Alper played important roles in strategy, risk management and treasury management in government institutions and global organizations.

Alper holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics, an MBA degree from Boston University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has academic studies in treasury management that have been published by respected publications.

Volkan is a security expert with over 25 years of hands-on experience in information security, security operations, IT, and risk management. He led technical projects and provided advice and security solutions to CISOs and security managers in the public and private sectors. Volkan holds various certifications and is an occasional blogger and speaker at security conferences.

He also contributed to NATO Science for Peace and Security program as a cyber defense specialist and instructor. He worked on "Continuous Security Monitoring utilizing Security Metrics" and "Cyber Security Control Validation" topics during his M.S. in Information Systems and Ph.D. studies respectively.

Meet Dr. Süleyman Özarslan: once an academic, now a cybersecurity sentinel. As the co-founder and VP of Picus Labs at Picus Security, and one of the masterminds behind Picus Security, he has significantly shaped the landscape of attack simulation and security validation. Holding a Ph.D. in Information Systems since 2002, Dr. Özarslan has enriched the field of cybersecurity with numerous academic papers, blogs, research reports, and whitepapers. Fueled by a strong enthusiasm for innovation and a lasting passion for fostering a proactive security culture, he’s turning hackers’ tricks into teachable moments.

Sean serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Picus Security, leading global marketing to strengthen the company’s category leadership in security validation and expand awareness across enterprise markets.

Across a career spanning cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure, Sean has built and scaled products and go-to-market programs from early stage to global adoption. Prior to Picus, he was a founder and marketing/product leader at SignalWire, and previously held senior roles at Barracuda Networks focused on strategy, product launches, and company positioning.

Known for hands-on leadership and clear, customer-grounded storytelling, Sean is focused on building a brand that is credible with practitioners and trusted by executive buyers.

Chad Kite is a driven sales professional with over 15 years of extensive experience across high-growth startups in the analytics, big data and cybersecurity industries. Led the Global Revenue function at Ennoventure as the Chief Commercial Officer, and before that, led Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success at QOMPLX as Senior Vice President. Has also been part of prominent startups which resulted in successful exits, such as Cvent, Distil Networks and Basho.

Chad is focused on partnering with enterprise companies and driving high customer retention rates, while building highly determined teams that operate with alignment and high integrity.

Zane Lim is Vice President, APAC at Picus Security, leading regional growth across enterprise and public sector customers throughout Asia Pacific. With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity go-to-market leadership, Zane works with CISOs and security teams to strengthen resilience through Exposure Validation, Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS), and outcome-driven security control validation aligned to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. A Challenger Sales advocate, he is known for bridging technical depth with executive priorities and helping organizations turn security investments into measurable, actionable improvements.

Hakan Terzioğlu serves as the VP of Corporate Growth at Picus Security to help maintain the company’s leadership position in the industry while expanding it into new markets.

In a cybersecurity career that spans more than two decades, Terzioğlu had different roles from consulting to sales management at leading multi-national IT companies, such as Novell, Sun Microsystems and Oracle, to help them to deliver large-scale cybersecurity projects. And for the last decade he lead the global growth & expansion journey of Cyberwise, the largest cybersecurity service provider in Turkey.

As a part time devil’s advocate and full time cybersecurity professional, he is currently focused on identifying and orchestrating new business opportunities to realize Picus Security’s corporate development & growth objectives.

Kevin Cole is the Vice President, Product Marketing at Picus Security with a focus on crafting and sharing the unique story of what we do, why it matters, and how Picus is delivering value for hundreds of customers around the world. Prior to Picus, Kevin was a marketing leader at startup Zerto and then Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) after acquisition. His work has consistently focused on pairing customer perspectives with technical insights to help organizations build cyber resilience and mitigate risk. Kevin lives with his wife and son near Boston, MA, USA.

Osman Nuri Osmanlı is the Vice President of Engineering at Picus Security, where he leads the company's engineering and development teams. With over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, Osman has a proven track record of driving technological advancements and fostering innovation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University. Throughout his career, Osman has been instrumental in the successful launch of multiple high-profile projects, including the development of global scale cloud-based solutions and critical defence and cyber projects. At Picus Security, he is responsible for overseeing product development, implementing best practices in engineering, and ensuring the alignment of technological initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
